The Electoral Commission at IUIU kick starts online process to elect New Guild President.

The change of guards at the students’ leadership que at the Islamic University in Uganda Kampala Campus has kick-started with online campaigns already ongoing for the Guild Presidential race even before the nominated candidates are announced.
Some of the candidates who have applied for nominations include Hon. Musana Araphat who strongly believes… “that the voices of students in each Faculty need to be amplified the more so as to meet the needs of the students.”
The second to have joined the race for the Guild leadership is Hon. Rayan Kanyike.
The Lady Vice race is so far graced by six candidates some of which are Hon. Nabukeera Kuluthum and Hon. Nakitende Lailah.
Official nominations are scheduled to be announced on the 4th of September 2021 by the IUIU Electoral Commission Chairperson, Mr. Semwanga Abdratif.
