Eyeru Presents a Petition to the President of Uganda
On 13th. January, 2022, the Uganda National Youth Council chaired by Jacob Eyeru held its first-ever alumni meet-up at the prestigious Pearl of Africa hotel Nakasero. According to a source, the intent of the alumni dinner was to bring leaders that served in the past 5 regimes together to not only catch up but also learn from each other as fellow youth leaders.

During the Keynote speech that was delegated to Hon, Judith Nabakooba by chief gust Hon Jesics Alupo urged that youth leaders practice honesty, reliability, and most of all dependability as a mandate to serve and make a difference in society.
As Jacob Eyeru the current and 6th chairperson of the NYC made his remarks, he presented a petition to the president of Uganda through Hon. Judith Nabakooba urging him not to merge the special interest councils.
