Muyayu singer Ssebunya Alpha also known as Mudra de viral thinks that the Ugandan education system is not good enough to enable the youth to become useful to the nation.
Talking to Faraja Digital TV, he revealed that if he was a political leader, he would change alot in the education circles. He hinted on the escalating school dues at higher levels of education and the too much content that students study which is not connected to the day to day life.
“If I was a leader, I would really change much. But I would start with two issues; the ever-increasing school fees at high levels of education and the too much nonsense that we study yet do not benefit from it in our daily lives. The schools charge too much money. It may discourage our parents from educating our brothers and sisters. And for the things we study, most of them are not even helpful…,” the singer said.
